Autobiography written from 1989 to 1992
The autobiography of Emma Maier Meierhofer is online, free to read in German and English. We honor her bravery and wisdom today, which mark the day of her wedding, the 7th October 1938 with Gerhard Maier in Zurich, one year before the worst war of European history, erasing almost all Jews on the continent, and 78 years after the Shoah, the worst pogrom inside Israel since its official state creation in 1948.
